嚴重失眠

已經一整個禮拜沒有好好的睡一覺了
就算白天在公司有多忙
晚上總是睡不著,睡不好
試過了很多方法去改善這個情況
聽音樂呀,點香薰呀,做運動呀,數綿羊等等
不過,都沒有一個可以讓我好好的入眠
考試已經愈來愈近,再這樣下去
我腦袋裡面僅存的東西都會忘得一乾二淨
考試費用就會這樣白浪費掉了!

有人可以救救我嗎?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

...are u sleeping well already?
if not try consulting a doctor...it may not be a small matter, i have a friend who experienced the same problem and she had to take medication...
btw, what sort of music do u listen when you (are) sleeping?...try some soothing background music (i was listening to mozart's-just one cd that i had free and i find it very nice)...also, have u tried drinking warm milk before u sleep?...and i've read that doing breathing exercises when u r lying on bed helps too (deep and slow breathing...to relac your body and your heart beat)
...you've probably surfed the internet for various methods and tried...but otherwise do see a doctor to check out the possible reason(s)...;-)

謝謝你的關心呢,我最近好多了
這兩天都睡得不錯呢~
我想應該是考試快到,還有平常在公司的工作壓力,所以才會這樣子吧!
我之前聽的都是莫札特跟貝多芬的鋼琴音樂,就像那些給小BABY聽的CD!
牛奶我本身腸胃比較敏感,所以不能喝呢!>.<
不過現在已經好多了,我想考試過後情況會更好~~HAHAHAHAHAHA
